HitlimA company group

Our approach

Let a business be itself.

We want the parent company to be useful to the businesses it brings together. These are the principles behind that intention.

Keep the company’s character.
Its name, products, and way of working should make sense for its customers. Belonging to a group shouldn’t erase that.
Be clear about who decides.
The people doing the work need room to make decisions. The parent company needs to be clear about what it owns and what it is responsible for.
Share what actually helps.
Technology, purchasing, and distribution may be useful across businesses. They should be shared because they solve a problem, not simply because they can be.

Start with the actual work.

There should be a clear purpose, someone responsible for it, and an accurate account of the relationship to Hitlim. An idea on its own is not an operating company.

Not every idea needs to become a company. Some may stay internal, be set aside, or stop. There is no reason to present them as businesses before they are.
