We’re building Hitlim as a parent company. The idea is to bring different businesses together without making them all the same.
Different companies need different things.
A software business doesn’t work like a distributor. A consumer brand has different needs from a service company. They shouldn’t have to fit the same mould.
Hitlim’s intended role is to own and build businesses, give them room to operate, and provide support where it makes a practical difference.
That is the direction. Company names and ownership details will be published separately, when they are ready to be introduced.
The parent and the company.
Hitlim is intended to be the parent, not the customer-facing name for everything. Each company should be understandable on its own: what it does, who it serves, and who is responsible for it.
Ownership, support, and partnership are different relationships. A business should only be described as part of Hitlim when that relationship has been confirmed.
